We vacuum your ceiling for dust and debris. We use a commercial grade, powerful high reach vacuum to pick up any visible dust that is on your ceiling. This includes on and around the air vents, ceiling fans, hanging lights and any other surfaces that can be easily reached. We don't clean any further than that. We don't use water, scrub, wipe, suction the ducts or anything like that.
It's simple, dust builds up very quickly around your establishment and even though you or your employees maintain an immaculate floor and surface area, you just can't easily reach the ceiling. That is the number one place that gets neglected. If you look at your ceiling, it is likely that you will see dust build up especially around the air vents and ceiling fans. This can deter your customers, pose air quality and health risks and cause issues during health and cleanliness inspections.
Generally you don't need more than just regular ceiling dusting to maintain a clean environment for a long time. This can be done very affordably and quickly. More serious cleaning is expensive, takes a lot of time and is generally not necessary to maintain a clean ceiling.
It's simple, we show up when your customers aren't there. This can be before you open, as you're closing or on your off days. We plug in our vacuum and proceed to vacuum your ceiling. A typical retail location can take about an hour. Generally, we can reach just about any surface with our high reaching vacuum system, so you don't have to do or move anything.
Our rates vary and depend on the location and work involved. Typically, our rates start at $150. This is a small price to pay for a service with so many benefits.
It really depends on your establishment and how quickly the ceiling collects visible dust. Every location is different and you will begin to notice how often our service needs to be done. Generally, every two weeks or once a month is a good place to start.
We can reach ceilings up to 50 ft. We also have tools that let us get into tight spaces, corners, on top of areas and inside hard to reach places.
